-  All goods you order will be delivered to the address you give us when you place the order.

-  We aim to deliver within 2-4 working days following acceptance of your order (subject to stock availability and payment received).  On rare occasions it is possible that your goods may take slightly longer to arrive - e.g. during particularly busy times, if there is an industrial dispute affecting Royal Mail Delivery Offices or if adverse weather conditions are delaying road and transport services. 

-  At present, we only deliver to the UK mainland: if you live elsewhere please contact us to discuss.

-  Orders will not be despatched until cleared funds have been received.

-  Payment of goods can be made using PayPal, postal order or cheque.  Please make postal orders and cheques payable to DSG Sports and post them to DSG Sports, Bounds Green Bowls and Tennis Club, Brownlow Road, London N11 2BS.

-  Postage and Packing charges are made on a scale from 90p rising to £9.90 according to the total cost of your products and this will be identified as you process your order. For orders over the value of £230.00 postage and packing is free of charge.

-  Please note the product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from actual product.

-  Any item may be returned within 10 days, unused and in the original packaging, for a full refund or to be exchanged.  All items which you return to DSG Sports are sent at your own risk and therefore we strongly advise all customers to take great care when returning goods.
