Do you only supply bowls products?
No, we can supply products for a wide variety of sports. Just contact us and tell us what you require.
Supposing my goods don't arrive?
This would be most unusual. Please contact us immediately: we retain certificates of posting and could track your order.
What if the clothes or shoes I order don't fit?
Any item may be returned but it must be within 10 days, unused and in the original packaging, to be exchanged or to receive a full refund. All items which you return to DSG Sports are sent at your own risk and therefore we strongly advise all customers to take great care when returning goods.
Is there any way I can try out a new set of bowls before I purchase them?
Yes if you can get to Bounds Green Bowls Club. Just contact us to arrange a mutually convenient time.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
We will always try to complete your order, but if a product is out of stock we will notify you and suggest a suitable alternative or offer to e-mail you once the product is in stock.
